{MERC} Recruiting Rules

1. Only Non-Commissioned Officers E5 to E10 and Commissioned Officers may conduct tryouts.



2. If you have a potential recruit, please refer them to the Recruitment section of our Website and have them fill out the form. I will respond to them after the form has been submitted.



3. During a Tryout, you will question the potential recruit about our S.O.P. to verify that they, 1. Read It and 2. Understand It.



4. When a person is done with their Tryout. The Member who conducted this Tryout Must Verify the Recruits Email Address” before sending me their name for acceptance within our Ranks.



5. After all of this is done. I will notify the potential member and the member who conducted the tryout of their acceptance or refusal into {MERC}
